There is no charge to your Team, Organization, or School for scheduling a Photo Day. We'll work directly with your contact to coordinate a date, time, and location that fits the needs of your program.

Indoor Photo Day Means No Weather Worries
All of our Photo Day sessions are held indoors - either at your facility or at our Studio in York.
Don’t have your own indoor facility? School Cafeterias or Township Building Meeting Rooms are excellent (and typically free) alternatives if it’s not convenient for your Teams to come to our Studio in East York.
Individual Photos. Team Results.
Each athlete is photographed individually, and team photos are created digitally after Photo Day.
This approach keeps Photo Day moving efficiently and eliminates the challenges of coordinating large group photos.
Delivery & Perks for Your League
After orders are placed, we’ll coordinate directly with your organization’s contact for group delivery. We’ll also provide:
